I offer online couples therapy that meets you where you are - emotionally and physically. Sessions are available after hours so you can wrap up the busy parts of your day and settle in together, from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Every couple has conflict. What matters is how we repair, reconnect, and move forward. Often, couples find themselves caught in cycles of misunderstanding, resentment, or silence. You may feel like you're having the same arguments over and over, or like your partner just doesn’t “get” you anymore.

My Approach

Therapy with me is honest, compassionate, and grounded in deep respect for anyone willing to do this work. I don’t take lightly the courage it takes to show up, especially when things feel fragile.

Some of the key elements of my work include:

  • Specialised training in couples and family therapy, backed by postgraduate education and clinical experience

  • A deep belief in human goodness—most hurtful behaviour in relationships comes from fear, miscommunication, or emotional pain, not malice

  • An understanding of emotional patterns—we explore how your past relationships (especially family) shaped how you love, argue, and connect

  • Humour, imagination, and playfulness—therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Lightness can be healing too

We'll take time to understand the dynamic between you: what brought you together, what’s hurting you now, and what needs to shift for your relationship to thrive.
